Knowing that this website can never give you the full picture of Prince of Peace, we want to give you a glimpse of the amazing things God is doing in our people, our community, and our world. But even more than what God is doing on the outside of us; He is shaping us from within and molding our hearts to be more like Him. We pray that God will spark your interest by what you see in our website so that you’ll want to learn more about us and the God we serve.

Our purpose is to love God and others through Jesus Christ. We are a body of believers who know that no single one of us is complete without the gift of salvation from the One that makes us whole. We strive together to be more like the Savior, Jesus Christ, and to light the way for others to come to know Him. Our passion is to reach a lost and hurting world for Christ and to bring healing to the wounded hearts of those in our community. We want to reach out to you.

We are so glad you’ve taken this first step in learning about our church and invite you to come and visit with us in person. Click on the buttons toward the top of this page for more information about our church. May the Good Lord Bless you throughout your life's journey.

Congregational Meeting this Sunday, September 16 after late service. Please plan to attend!

What God Desires for Us For the next few weeks, the Stewardship Board will share some ideas from Rick Warren’s devotion, Faithful People are Generous.

Faithful people are generous when they don’t have anything to give. It’s easy to give when you have a surplus. You can be generous with your time when you have a lot of extra time. You can be generous with your money when you’ve got a lot of extra money. You can also be generous with your energy when you have a lot of extra energy. It’s when you don’t have enough time, money, talent and energy that God asks us, “Will you be faithful and trust Me?”

What Do Stephen Ministers Do? Stephen Ministers are members of Prince of Peace who have gone through 50 hours of training to provide confidential, one-to-one Christian care to people who are facing a crisis or simply going through a difficult time. A Stephen Minister meets with his or her care receiver once a week for around an hour to listen, care, pray, and provide emotional and spiritual encouragement. Men are matched with male Stephen Ministers, and women are matched with female Stephen Ministers. To find out more about how someone you know could be matched with a Stephen Minister, talk with one of our Stephen Ministry Leaders: Greg and Kristin Ulm or talk to Pastor.
